Kansas City, Missouri’s Innovation Partnership Program is now in its third year, helping bring in entrepreneurs and startups to help solve some of the city’s challenges. According to the story,:”The program offers startups and other businesses direct access to develop, test and demonstrate their products and services with the city. After testing the company’s offerings, the city offers valuable feedback on the experience and sometimes a contract.” The program also helps businesses become acquainted with and more easily navigate the city’s procurement process.
