Stephen is a venture capitalist and founder who specializes in business development, strategic planning and technology assessment as they relate to Aerospace & Defense investments. He also serves on the Boards of Public Spend Forum, CENSA, Clearchat, Coin.co, WarOnTheRocks, GraySpace and Training Leaders International. Stephen is on the Term Member Advisory Committee at the Council on Foreign Relations and President of the Foreign Policy Initiative's Leadership Network. He also served on the national security team for Governor Jeb Bush's Presidential campaign and was honored by Maverick PAC as one of its "Future 40" leaders to watch.
