1. Check out this Prize Challenge Opportunity: U.S. Department of Energy | American-Made Shine on Awards for Inclusive Solar Outreach

The Shine On Awards is designed to recognize effective and inclusive solar industry communications and campaigns. The goal of the Shine On Awards is to gather best practices in engaging diverse and/or underrepresented communities about solar energy and its benefits and to share those best practices with others.

Awards will be given for the following categories: Residential solar adoption campaign, Community solar subscription campaign, Solar co-op subscription campaign, Utility-scale solar community engagement campaign, Workforce recruitment, and/or retention campaign. 2. National Aeronautics and Space Administration | Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) Traffic Management

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has developed a traffic management system for Unmanned Aerial Systems (UASs) to maintain safe and efficient UAS operations. This novel technology enables the growth in civilian applications of UAS operations at lower altitudes by developing a UAS Traffic Management (UTM) system.

NASA’s Technology Transfer Program is soliciting inquiries from companies interested in obtaining license rights to commercialize, manufacture and market the technology. The deadline for submission of applications to this opportunity is January 6, 2023.

3. City of Waco, TX | Public Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure and Related Operations Services

The City of Waco, TX is looking for a turn-key program in which a selected vendor must provide all necessary infrastructure, equipment and standard industry knowledge for designing, furnishing, installing and ongoing maintenance of publicly accessible Electric Vehicle (EV) charging stations and associated infrastructure on City-owned property.

4. U.S. Department of the Army |  CCDC-ARL Manufacturing Technology

The goal of these programs is to demonstrate and ultimately transition improved and cost-effective manufacturing solutions for Army platforms and Warfighter systems. Strong transition planning is essential to program success and requires a clear path to implementation. Program stakeholders typically include proponents from the acquisition community, technology managers, manufacturing facilities, and industry.

CCDC ARL seeks proposals to develop and demonstrate manufacturing and/ or repair improvements for Army materiel, which includes items and materials associated with combat vehicles, armaments, vehicles, and personal protection systems, etc. The submission deadline for this funding opportunity is Sep 30, 2023.
