The National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO) has released the results of its 2016 State Procurement Practices Survey, a comprehensive look at how procurement practices, policies and regulations shake out around the country. You can read the whole report here, or view NASPO’s interactive survey results on the association’s site.
