At a recent UK conference on nuclear new builds, a British peer and a former Defence Secretary and now chairman of trade body the Nuclear Industry Association has urged the government to come up with new funding methods for nuclear new builds, including the county’s proposed £10bn Moorside development. A fuller story on the conference can be found on The Mail.
