GOSS, web and digital platform company, has produced its third Public Sector Digital Self-Service Survey covering 2017-18. It is one of the UK’s largest surveys of its kind. The 200-plus individuals (of CEOs, IT managers, procurers and purchasers) from 179 Public Sector organisations contributing to this year’s report demonstrate a dramatic rate of change expected within local government digital self-service delivery. The report gives important insight into the attitudes of organisations within the UK’s public sector towards digital transformation, and highlights how much the approach to delivering services online has changed in the public sector. Full story and link to the report is on Digital By Default.
