France has published a new Public Procurement Code which integrates procurement and concession contract rules into a single code. It was published in the Official Journal of the French Republic on December 5, 2018, and aims to modernise French regulations and finalise the transposition of the three European directives on public procurement and concessions dated February 26, 2014.
