The Baltic News Network reports that companies have been fined 33,268 euros ‘for distorting competition in public procurements.’ Latvia’s Competition Council has launched an investigation into possible illegally coordinated activities between several market participants in procurements of office equipment supplies, cleaning services, maintenance and supply of raw materials. It has found a cartel agreement in multiple procurement projects. Read more detail here.
