In partnership with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the University of Rome Tor Vergata presents The Global Procurement Conference for executives from finance, regulatory bodies, policy-makers, economists, lawyers, and all public procurers. There will be six sessions dedicated to a specific theme, each hosting at least two speakers for 90 minutes: 30 minutes for each speaker and 30 minutes for debate. Sessions cover Financial and Business Analysis (What are we measuring?), Infrastructure Implementation Risk Management, Transparency Consideration using Meat Criteria, Adjudication as a Dispute Resolution in the context of FIDIC requirements, Pre-Qualification and Effect of Sanctions on Procurement.
