The UK Cabinet Office has this week updated its information for public authorities, businesses and other organisations on the outcome for public procurement policy in a no-deal Brexit scenario. The guidance covers: public procurement’s current framework, what will happen after a no-deal Brexit, what will change for contracting authorities and entities, what contracting authorities need to do now, organisations that use other e-senders, organisations that publish direct to Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) / Tenders Electronic Daily (TED), what will change for businesses, and procurements in progress on exit day. The guidance can be found here on Gov.UK and the Government’s technical notice on public procurement can be found here.
