A four-year research and innovation action project is under way to develop and implement sustainable, inclusive and accessible transport strategies. Sustainable Urban Integrated Transport Systems: Transferable tools for Small to Medium local authorities, is a research and innovation initiative aiming to increase the capacity of local authorities to develop and implement sustainable, inclusive, integrated and accessible transport strategies, policies, technologies, practices, procedures, tools, measures and intelligent transport systems. The SUITS consortium consists of 22 partners from 11 EU countries, among them 9 cities in 7 EU countries.
