In a sign of the impact the administration’s budget may be having on agencies, the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) cancelled a request for proposal (RFP) for two digital centers to manage cloud migration five days after it published the solicitation. The centers were to provide cloud migration for two of the VA’s benefits programs. The cancellation came one day after the White House released its budget.
