A five-year, $1 billion cybersecurity contract from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is moving forward after the Government Accountability Office (GAO) has denied a protest brought by Northrop. The contract to run its DOMino program was awarded to Raytheon, whose CEO Tom Kennedy told reporters at the recent Paris Air Show that the win means Raytheon has world-class cybersecurity tools.
