Skylight, a HUBZone company made up of former Presidential Innovation Fellows and 18F staffers whose mission is to make government work in a digital world, announced an unsolicited proposal to construct a “microconsulting” services marketplace platform for the entire federal government. In an article posted on the company’s website, they describe a desire to continue the conversation about how government can better acquire digital and technology services, which in this case includes the purchasing of microconsulting services. The company is requesting that any contracting professionals who are interested in receiving the unsolicited proposal, or who would like more information, to email them at email@example.com.
