The Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) is providing $9 million to agencies supporting the Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions (EIS) rollout without receiving the required interagency agreements. “As a result, FAS is at risk for disputes over contract oversight responsibilities,” the General Services Administration (GSA) audit states. FAS officials acknowledged the lack of interagency agreements is risky and officials said they would comply with the GSA IG’s recommendations.
