The General Services Administration (GSA) announced that four long-time staff members of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) professional services program are moving to its FedSIM program. Several sources confirmed that Todd Richards, the program manager of OASIS, told a special interest group of OASIS vendors that the group was “shocked” by the move and were leaving because of “irreconcilable differences” with the professional services category management office. In addition to Richards, Valerie Bindel, a senior contracting officer working on OASIS Small Business; Tommy Thomas, a procurement contracting officer; and Catherine Renfro, a contract specialist; will all join FedSIM on July 24.
