People are and will remain what drives a profession forward. So, attracting the right profiles is important. So far, Procurement has not been on the top of the list of jobs that people entering the workforce are looking for.
With the many challenges coming up for Procurement, it is vital to work on the “brand” and attract the right profiles to prepare it for the future!
