Eliza Niewiadomska is the Senior Counsel for London-based EBRD where she focuses on Public Procurement. She has a career background in public sector procurement, having served as the Head of the Procurement Office of Poland’s Legal Department in addition to other roles. Ms. Niewiadomska met Public Spend Forum’s Raj Sharma at a recent symposium in Amsterdam focused on redefining the role of public procurement, where she made an impression on everyone involved with her depth and breadth of expertise.
