Share. Empower. Project.

Public Spend For-Her (PSFH) creates a space for all employees of Public Spend Forum to discuss and further the causes and efforts of women at the company. The group focuses on specific initiatives both inside and outside of Public Spend Forum’s established community.

Through conversations, webinars, and discussions PSFH will share, empower, and project women’s voices and women-owned businesses by working will all members of our ecosystem. Our organization will have three objectives based on those themes.

Our mission and what we do

Share

Share

Create a safe space for members of PSFH to share their stories, experiences, and insights. Through mentoring and partnerships, members will be encouraged to reflect on and develop their own personal and professional goals. PSFH will also provide a learning environment through connections to academia and industry.

Empower

Empower

This pillar is two-fold: Internally,
to empower PSF’s team to flourish
outside their own comfort zones. Externally, PSFH will provide opportunities for women-owned businesses on their platforms, promote success stories, and bolster empowerment in male-dominated industries, eg: emerging tech.

Project

Project

PSFH will highlight and create connections outside of PSFH by reaching out to groups and organizations to project the voices of women. Speakers, webinars, and events will create broader, more inclusive spaces for women in public procurement and allow the group to give a platform for everyone.
