We have a federal client that wants to merge two contracts – one is a software development BPA, and another is a single award O&M contract and both are ending around the same time. His vision is one, single aware DevOps contract, and he is asking us to lead the development of the acquisition. Any recommendations on best practices or lessons learned would be extremely helpful as I have not had much success in finding anything so far. If anyone knows of any sample DevOps focused RFPs and/or SOW’s that would be an added bonus.
