DeVos Cancels Multibillion Tech Procurement

Facing a potential bipartisan revolt on Capitol Hill, the Trump administration canceled a multibillion solicitation for a consolidated student loan servicing solution. The Department of Education released a statement saying the long-planned finance platform will be replaced by a new project before the current set of federal student loan servicing contracts expire in 2019.
